May 2, 2012 · Hey guys, Just wanting to find out what the pros and cons are of front lat pulldowns vs behind the neck pulldowns i.e do they focus more on different parts of the back? Also whether either can exacerbate rotator cuff issues.

Aug 27, 2013 · My body weight is 165 lbs and I can lat pull-down 120 lbs x 3, 110lbs X 8 I am assuming if I reach 165 lbs on Lat pull-down machine, I will be finally able to do my first pull up However I see many people only using 60-80 lbs on lat pull-down, but can easily do pull ups..Obviously they weigh much more then 80 lbs.
